It is a legal requirement that you provide an indication of the name of the photographer, which must be clearly visible in immediate proximity to the photo.

The user must be a member of the photo library under his or her own name and must provide all the details required. (If this is not done we reserve the right to cancel your membership permanently and without prior notice.)

Access to and loans from the library are only granted to the registered member. Members may not transfer the right of access or materials on loan to any third party. The latter is required to make a personal application for.

No commercial use of materials is permitted.
